Not quite as expected.
The description clearly said up to 24 feet long. Yet there were only 4 poles and didn't reach anywhere near 5 feet.Returned.

Not great but just about managed to clear the gutter.
Starting with a moan, the JWJK gutter cleaning tool product page suggests that the tool has an extendable telescopic pole. To me, a telescopic* pole can be increased and reduced in length by pulling and pushing the pole in on itself and then securing. This pole comes in four sections. Apparently the telescopic action consists of removing (or adding) individual sections by screwing them together. I wouldn't class this as being telescopic.Moan aside, I needed a gutter cleaner for a gutter of mine that sits below a third storey window. From the pictures and descriptions on the product page it was a little confusing to me what the purpose of the solid hook was (all the pictures show the shovel being used).I went ahead and used the gutter cleaning tool and found using the shovel was hard because the heavy hook kept trying to fall to the side in a rotating action. This made using the shovel difficult and not easy to use effectively.I did find the thick plastic hook easier to use as it was able to drag the dried moss along the gutter to a point where I could lean out and collect the debris.I would prefer the handle to be a proper telescopic pole as this would make storage easier (and would be as advertised!) and for the plastic hook to be made lighter so it will make the shovel easier to use.*from Google, telescopic defined as 'having or consisting of concentric tubular sections designed to slide into one another'.

Not telescopic and not user friendly
I was so curious what other reviewers thought of this item. Are those thoughts . as mine or not, but yes, they are. I also found it tricky to use this gutter cleaning tool the right way it was advertised as it was just fiddly with the thick and chunky hook part which keen tilting sideways. When I used the hook side instead, it helped to clean the gutter faster than with the shovel side, even if the shovel has better shape. Just the weight difference is a annoying thing. In other side, the hook side needs to be supportive to stay hooked up to the ladder when I need to be hands-free.The handle, however is wrongly described. It's not telescopic, as ghe parts doesn't goninside one another. Here we have 4 parts of the handle, as images online show, and these parts screw in together. We can use less than 4 parts to make it easier to manoeuvre. This cleaning tool is usable but if the handle was indeed telescopic, then it would be much easier to use. The gutter needs cleaning on the whole length and I just can't imagine being 5-6m above the ground and keep screwing in pieces of handles to reach further or removing the handle piece to clean the gutter closer to me. It's not the safest option, I'm afraid. Anyone cleaning up there would like the tool which is quick in operation.
