It arrived quickly and the chair itself was easy to assemble. The harness was not easy to attach, the wording on the instructions was not clear, they rely on pictures to demonstrate what to do but these need to be bigger and clearer. I almost had to contact the seller to ask how to do it! It's a major plus for me that the harness can be removed to be cleaned though. I haven't started weaning yet but the chair also looks easy to clean. I like that the tray can flip up out of the way so you can use the chair at your dining table when your child is older. The colour/design is exactly as pictured, I think it's great for this price considering how expensive some highchairs are. The foot rest is adjustable but even set to being closest to the chair it's quite far away for a small baby. Also the chair doesn't really fold flat so it's not that easy to store away but overall I'm happy with it.

This is the second one of these high chairs I have had for my grandaughter and it as only the straps that frayed on the first one, after 18 months of use. It's very strong and the wide base makes it very stable even with a lot of moving around that toddlers do.Very good product and easy to keep clean with the lift off tray and vinyl fabric.

Quite solid, and of reasonable quality, however 5 point harness was not fitted and could not be fitted. Assembly instructions were poorly printed , diagrams too small though straight forward to assemble the instructions did not relate to the harness supplied and could not be fitted. Disappointed .The harness could be fitted if I bent the steel clips and secured the to the metal frame.

Was really happy with the high chair, put it together easily enough the instructions on how to attatch the strap could maybe be a bit clearlier but overall quite easy. My only negative would be that the tray doesn't move closer into my little girl so she's loosing food between herself and the tray.

The straps are ridiculous we had to slit the chair to put them through as there was no gaps the intrustions was useless! Overall the chair is lovely, easy to build up just a shame about the straps
