First off, it’s a tracker for less than $20. Let’s start there. The tracker works but it’s not user friendly. Turning it on is fine but turning it off is confusing and not easy. It also is not super accurate with the location. I put a picture to give an example. I was standing right in front of the bike and it claimed it was a minute away from me. Like outside of my home. This tracker will get you in the area but you can’t trust the location AT ALL. You just have to hope the bike is out in the open and not in someone’s home or even worse… an apartment. The bell is not very loud. You have to flick it really hard and the sound doesnt carry. Value: for $20 it works, Quality: poorly made, fit: yes it fits the bike.

Great product. Installed on our e-bikes. No one would even suspect that the bell is a tracker. Great idea. Easy to install and hidden.

It worked well the first time I used it. Now it’s not turning on, and I bought it in less than a week ago

So...😮‍💨 I can't even figure pout how to get the bell apart in order to put the tracker inside of it. You would "think" it should be easy enough but NOPE!😵‍💫 It doesn't say anywhere in the instructions how to get this thing apart, Oh!! And the bell isn't really a, "bell". Like, you flick it and it makes a type of click sound but unless I'm using it wrong, it definitely doesn't sound anything like a bell meaning, if I were a pedestrian, I wouldn't recognize this sound as a bell or as anything warning me that a vehicle was approaching. So far... im not thrilled about this entire product☹️👎🏾

I absolutely adore this product! It's fantastic. So easy to set up, and it includes all the necessary components. Plus, it blends in perfectly. I appreciate the added peace of mind it gives me for my bike.

I have not bought this product but did read that it works with the Google find my device program which every phone has and have had many phones stolen in that Google find my device does not work to find them so I do not put much faith in that software so therefore just thought I would post my opinion on its operating system where I'm familiar about that Google find my device only works if the device is connected to an internet the device also catches to the handlebars and when most bikes get stolen well they get stripped so you might find your tracking tag but not your bike if the Google find my device actually works have not had good luck with it ever retrieving a stolen phone or tablet or laptop when they've been stolen
