Works well for my leg cramps.
I love this product so much I now own 2. It really helps with my leg cramps which I suffer a lot from. I love that it has an auto off feature, I can fall asleep and not worry about getting burnt. I love that it has the velcro straps to hold it in place.

Purpose and Design
I needed to be able to wrap a heating pad around my leg and this does exactly that. It has an auto shut off after a long period of time which is good.The device is not designed to allow a person to to disconnect the cord from the heating pad. If you need to get up and go to another room, you have to unwrap the pad. Some heating pads allow you to unplug the heating pad from the cord. Just a design idea.

EXCELLENT INNOVATIVE PRODUCT
LOVE that the cord detaches from the pad. You can leave it plugged into the wall & simplydetach the cord, leave the area and return and reattach without ever removing the pad from your arm, leg, etc.

Plugin lines clumsy , difficult to wrap
A little clumsy to wrap, wires are easily tangles?!Dies warm up nicely , a little trouble at first needed to reply a couple of times .

Sent size not ordered.
Ordered size medium heating pad for my legs ..got small. Called to report it and guy at Amazon called the Comfytemp company who sent it out to find out what happened. Comfytemp said they didn't have the medium in stock. Soooo what did they do ? Sent me size small !!! And top of box is crushed. So I got sloppy seconds. Return option is too much for me to follow and I have to go out of my way to get it to a UPS store when I don't drive. Going to suck it up and keep it. Totally disillusioned with Amazon.
