This is probably an unusual review. The tracker stopped working 1 month & 1 day after I purchased it. I was disappointed that it failed & that I couldn't send it back so i wrote a review that reflected that. I didn't pursue anything & just figured it was something to write off & maybe spend more money next time. I got an email from the company instructing me of possible solutions, which failed. They quickly sent me another tracker (without me even asking for it). I'm quite frankly blown away at the competence of this company & their willingness to make me a happy customer, which I am!! I also can report that the tracker works very well for my needs. Don't hesitate to buy one! Thank you!

This tracker got me good. I am absolutely blown away. The heart rate is accurate, it is water proof (dishes were washed with it on), I set a sleep alarm, I changed the brightness level on the screen. AND ITS IN COLOR. I used to have a Fitbit but the band started coming apart, unfortunately it couldn't be fixed. There are so many good things about this tracker, I (attempt) to do yoga and theres a specific tracking option for it.The app is very easy to use, it's so user friendly. I have absolutely no complaints. I cant believe I wasted my money on a Fitbit before, this is fantastic. I even bought my husband one. Buy this thing. Just listen to me. Buy it.

I tested out this watch for a week and I love it. At first I freaked out, I couldn’t connect watch and the phone, but make sure to download the app first before pairing the watch and the phone. Download VeryFitPro app. I also got upset when I had no idea how to charge it, it’s actually the coolest way, all you need is the base part of any chargers or the USB port in your computer. It definitely pushes me to do more exercises to reach my steps goal and it alerts me to get up and be active every 30 min (you can set it for less or more). Tracks my sleep, which I didn’t learn much about but it’s interesting and also tells me my heart rate! Also it notifies when I get a call!

Tracker works well, shows text messages up to 60 or so characters, provides email notification, keeps time, tracks steps, monitors heart rate, does a good job at tracking sleep, is waterproof and the battery lasts pretty long. The strap is also VERY secure and VERY comfortable. Here are the caveats:1) the email notifications don't work with gmail on android. I have no idea why, but they don't. In order to get email notifications, I had to switch to a different email app.2)While the device is water proof, there is no way to use this swimming or in the shower. The water dropplets trigger the touch screen and starts giving commands to the device. If it was completely submerged and stayed that way, it would probably be fine, but when I showered, it turned off my alarm, started a timer etc.3) While the device does seem to be pretty robust, the screen has scratched pretty good. Now in fairness I have been doing home remodeling, so I've put it through the ringer, but it does scratch relatively easy. I can still read the screen pretty well though.4) Screen is JUST bright enough for being outside in direct sunlight. I do believe however, almost all of these trackers have somewhat dimmer screens to save battery, so this is probably on par with others.With those caveats, I do think it's a good buy based on the price and the functionality you get. It certainly beats spending $100+ bucks on a fitbit.

This is the second model I've tried from Willful, and I liked the first one, quite frankly, so I was expecting to like this one as well.......I actually like it more than I thought I would. Initially, I didn't care about the color screen, but I think it brings out a certain level of quality appearance. The screen is nice and bright and easily readable. It's easy to use, the instructions were easy to follow, and the app was easy to setup.Which brings me to my next point...the app. The app for this watch works surprisingly well. It allows a lot more settings for notifications(sms, messenger, social media, whatsapp, etc!) on the watch, which was a key feature for me. The notification generally stays until you clear it, which I actually appreciate. The temperature is a nice touch, one that I didn't even know I wanted!I really think, for the price, this absolutely gives a Fitbit a run for it's money. I wasn't sure how much I would use something like this, but I like it so much that it's now being used permanently!

Overall:For the money this multifunction device does what other devices do at 3 to 5 times the cost. The pedometer is accurate compared to a GPS app I run on my phone and the heart rate monitor works well also. I would highly recommend this product.Details:Had a previous version of this watch and it was hard to charge. The updated version is much easier to charge however not sure how many times you can keep removing the wrist band to charge before the band doesn't stay on any longer. Have only had for just over a month.The color screen is really nice in standard lighted environments however still difficult to read in bright Arizona sun.Really like the different types of exercise to track on the watch.The shutoff delay after you look at the screen is perfect for me however my daughter would have liked it to stay on a little longer.Syncing the watch to the app was flawless and the app information presentation is really nice and helpful.Battery life is extremely good, charge every 5 to 6 days.

It is two and a half months since I bought this device. Originally I was very happy with it. Attractive, worked as advertised.Now it does not register steps - only sporadically. I’ve noticed this over the last week. Checking and seeing fewer than anticipated (I know approximately how many steps are on my routes). When comparing day end totals to my iPhone I am consistently short - yesterday by 4000 steps. I actually walked and woke up the device to see if it was registering.... nothing.Needless to say this is going in the garbage. So sad

Tracker arrived on time, here are some likes and dislikes:Likes:.- Soft strap and comfortable to wear.- Veryfit Pro app allows you to connect to Strava which is more powerful tool.- Good designDislikes:.- Total waste when using in sunlight, can't use display even when set on brightness Level 5.- if Bluetooth is off gets a time to connect again even after paired.- Very aggressive permission request from app.- Can't change watch faces.- Can't see steps within watch face like other trackers.- Doesn't have a Message sectionI guess you get what you pay.

I'm not sure how accurate the sleep tracking is but it is interesting to review on the app. Overall the watch functions as described. I charge it on Sundays and it has lasted the entire week, until the following Sunday.

It was a waste of time as it was not binding with my device after several trials... so had to return the item.. thankfully they issued a full refund for the item.. so 5 stars to customer support but 0 stars for the product...

Love this smart watch. Great battery life (7 days) before needing a charge and under 1 hour to fully recharge to 100%!Waterproof, 5 brightness settings, text message alerts, multi-alarm settings, fitness tracking, all at a great price point.
