My achy fingers and knuckles are SO thankful I found this. It's snug, perfect for hand and finger pain, and gets really cold. My only complaint is that it doesn't stay cold for very long (maybe 15 minutes, which I guess is on par for most ice packs) but once in the freezer it gets cold in minutes. I haven't tried using it for heat yet. Highly recommend for any kind of chronic hand/finger pain relief.

Gloves fit well. Feel very comfortable. As others have noted the chill lasts about 15 minutes. They are very cold when first put on, I have started wrapping them with an cold pack made for the knee (it is a perfect fit). The knee pack extends the glove ability to hold the cold to 45 minutes or more!

Great product. Stay cold long enough to help with the swelling I get at the end of the day from trigger finger.

i bought these as a gift for my mom, and she's loved them! they work great and are easy to use. i tried them out myself and i gotta say, they feel great too :)

The wristband on mine doesn’t adjust. It’s not a problem for me, I have smaller hands.

The glove is soft and gives a spa-like feel when worn, but it lacks any compression. I haven't tried heating it yet, but unfortunately, there are issues with using it cold. When kept in the freezer, the glove is too cold to wear for more than a minute - it freezes your hand. When kept in the fridge, it feels great on your hand, but the cold temp dissipates so quickly that it's just not worth it.Overall, not worth the money for a few wonderful minutes of cooling.

This glove helps greatly with swelling and is comfortable.
