AZUNO Bike Tire Inflator with Pressure Gauge - Easiest use with Both Presta and Schrader Bicycle Pump Valves

I wish I had bought this inflator years ago. I struggled with a cheap device for years. This makes the inflation procedure simple and mindless the way it should be.

This inflator allows mw to use my compressor to blow up my mountain bike tires which have Presta valves. It is very useful when mounting new tires when the hand pump doesnt deliver enough air to seat the beads on the tires. This inflator blows it up quickly and seats the beads. Gauge seems accurate and hopefully will last a long time.

It's a complete waste of money! This tire inflator gauge is not only completely inaccurate, but the connector also doesn't fit properly. It slips off easily, making it impossible to get a reliable reading. I've tried using it on multiple tires, and every time I've had to resort to using my phone's air pressure app or another device because I couldn't trust this one. Save your money and get a decent one that works

I bought this for its ability to connect to Presta valves without an adapter. I'm an avid cyclist but I have no illusions of being anything but a 72-year-old who rides 3000 miles a year. I don't spend on items that I don't need and when my current bike became the only one in the garage with Prestas, I wanted something that would work with both valves. I also wanted something that wasn't an eye chart. This fills the bill very well. I'm also a retired chemical engineer and I have a large, calibrated pressure gauge from one of my plants. I'm happy to say this gauge is within one psi at 60 psi and, more importantly, is repeatable. There are more expensive gauges out there but this one is perfectly good.

Actually Works

This is a really nice gauge. I particularly like that it's an analog gauge, so the batteries aren't really necessary for it to function (they just power the backlight). So it works every time. It seems to be accurate based on comparisons with multiple other gauges I have.I have two complaints, both pretty minor....since the pressure scale is so large, it makes car tires somewhat difficult to get precise pressures. 38 psi looks a lot like 40, so you just sort of have to eyeball it. The other complaint is with the presta valve adapter, which unfortunately requires tools to disassemble the gauge and install the presta valve fitting. It works fine and it isn't a big hassle, but I was hoping I could switch easily back and forth between presta and Schrader valves. Instead, this gauge is better used for presta OR Schrader valves, and then you just leave it in that configuration.Overall, I'll still go 5 stars. It works great, doesn't need batteries to work, and will do both presta and schrader valves with an adapter change.

I bought this so I could easily switch between presta and shraeder tires for my bikes, and also so I can inflate my vehicles. On that count it seems fine. I bought this particular one since it got decent reviews and it has a pressure gauge. So far everything I've tested has had wildly inaccurate results on the pressure gauge. If you are looking to use specific tire pressures, then maybe this isn't the best unit.
