No problem with installation.
Very simple to lay out to a shape. The backing is tacky and holds itself to the floor to make it easier to lay a flexible tile adhesive over it without the heating element lifting.The instructions ask that at all stages the heater resistance is measured. This concerned me as I felt the element may be easily broken. In practice I was able to stand on the heater element and lay adhesive without it being damaged.The colour controller is very easy to use, no need to consult the manual, with icons that ' sort of' make sense ( not sure why a half moon image represents the economical mode as described in the instruction manual !).All appears to be working well so far. I have not had any need to put a lot of heat into the tiles as my room at this time of the year (April/ May) is fairly warm.It is important to choose the correct length of heating element as it cannot be cut to length. You can shape the heating element to your room by careful cutting of the heat element backing, not the element itself, and folding it to suit the shape of room (with limitations as described in the installation manual).

Arrived quickly and well packed. A very easy to install and luxurious piece of kit for any bathroom. The instructions for operating are not particularly clear and needs some trial and error to adjust the temperature and running times.

Amazing Product for an amazing price
This item arrived very quickly once ordered. My electrician that installed it has said that the elements looks exactly the same ad the more expensive models. The colour display is great and the unit heats up the room in relatively quick time.
