Absolutely love it. Have no issues and I purchased it a year ago. I love it! Mine has some brown spots but that’s my fault cause I left it on the stove top and water boiled out. It’s durable, does get hot, but that’s only if the heat flames go beyond the handle. Otherwise it’s really good. Easy to use, and the glass is nice and thick. Overall, I love!

I was very worried to receive this after reading review. Shipping + glass is a considerable risk. I decided to chance it. I'm glad I did. I chose to have it sent in the Amazon box and not just the manufacturer box. Amazon box was stuffed with paper and plastic fillers surrounding the Karaca box. The Karaca box when opening is styrofoam and it was snug in. No cracks, chips, or breaks from transit. We washed, and made tea right away. Very beautiful and happy with the purchase.
