Pros: this is huge, we needed step stools, was easy to assemble, cleaned up like a breeze, just hot water into the spinning head while it's running, easy to use, we warmed it up for 5 minutes on high, then poured in the sugar and instantly we got perfect cotton candy super fast, made a full cone in about 1 minute. Cons : you definitely need the dome, as you can see in end of our video floss bits flew everywhere into the air entire time, we had to mop floor and clean every counter and the Island and our arms afterwards. We absolutely love this machine, the sugar didn't get everywhere like some said, a bit at first flew into the bowl but not a lot and you can still use it if you collect it first before cleaning unit. We love it. But I'm going to be buying a dome for it in the future to cut down on the flying strands.

I replaced my daughter's toy version with this one and now I think she can go into business as a vendor...this is heavy duty, easy to setup and clean, and easy to use.

Love this machine purchased as a small business owner it's a great machine for the price. The cotton candy taste amazing it's not the easiest to clean but once you get the hang of it it's not bad. It's super fun for any backyard gathering or event.

I don't write a lot of Amazon reviews, but I have to write one for this machine to warn others. I was using this only for school events, so I used it a few times prior and maintained it as per the instructions. Right before an event, where I had so many kids so excited for their cotton candy, this stopped working. It stopped heating the sugar so floss could not be made. It just stopped heating - it was very very disappointing to have this happen right before an event. Waste of money. PLEASE don't take the chance - don't buy this product! I know I'll never purchase a Vevor product again.

I was not expecting this machine to "really" be a professional one, and yet, it is. It is way bigger than I thought, and you can make several cotton candies a minute. The floss comes out immediately after you pour the sugar and it is just like in a carnival. Kids are amazed, I am amazed, everybody's amazed :) :) :) Seriously, it is super easy to make. Reading other comments I was not sure, but it is really as simple as pouring sugar in a hole with the provided spoon. And voilà, it creates floss right away. My instructions : - Place it outside! You don't want all that flying sugar floss on your wall - Turn it on (max power) for 5 minutes - Be ready ! - 1 hand handling the cone (rotating counter clockwise) - 1 hand pouring the sugar - Enjoy! (that easy) - Repeat. 5 stars, 100% satisfied.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden. Die Zuckerwattemaschine macht tolle Zuckerwatte. Allerdings ohne zugehörige Haube fast nicht nutzbar (die Zuckerfäden fliegen überall herum). Insgesamt aber ein hochwertiges Gerät bei dem das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Questa macchina è meravigliosa, a parte è motivo di gioia per tutti, pensavo che avrebbero gioito solo i più piccoli ma i grandi non sono da meno! Funziona benissimo, si scalda in poco, un oggetto di uso professionale senza dubbio, dopo l'uso la smonto e pulisco in un attimo, per comodità la lascio dove la uso, ma coperta, però si può riporre ovunque, se la si tiene bene dura, se la usate come fosse un pallone da calcio, ovvio che dai oggi dai domani si rompe. Per pulirla ho visto un tutorial, ma poi piano piano ho fatto a modo mio, ora in 3 minuti cronometrati è come nuova! SONO SODDISFATTISSIMO VOLETE UNA FESTA CHIC SE NON HAI QUUESTA NON VAI DA NESSUNA PARTE!
