We ordered Beyond Asteria 60 cms. Package came neat and safe. Lot of care taken to ensure no damage to the unit. Mr Shamshad came for the installtion today 11th OCT. He was very professional. The unit was vibrating and i was intially thinking for a replacement, but Mr Shamshad didnt give up. He unistalled the unit again and found the blower was not properly aligned and he quickly worked on fixing and after that the unit was function superb. The noise level is managable even at the high speed. Very futuristic desgin with Android Tab plus cooking. Customer care are very responsive. The Beyond Asteria chimney itself is genuinely impressive with great suction power, stylish design, and top-notch performance. Definitely one of the better options in this price range.But the installation quality was very poor . The technicians were unprofessional, uncooperative, and in a hurry. They didn’t even give a proper demonstration, and right after installation, we noticed the audio was glitchy. It clearly showed that the job was not done carefully. Thankfully, the service support team was amazing. They responded quickly, resolved the issue, and special thanks to Ashish, who coordinated everything smoothly and was very polite and cooperative. Overall, the product is excellent, but the installation experience was disappointing. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves its installation service quality.

It is fantastic product. Been using it for more than a month now and I have no complaints. Additionally the android screen is a plus ensuring I can listen to music watch a youtube video on how to cook my meal is a plus. Large area cover 3. Good inbuilt led lighting 4. 3 levels of fan control - physical button and from screen 5. LPG reminder 6. Inbuilt alarm 7. Chef connect 8. Power wfficient 9. All needed apps in Android. 10. Unique design (No company provides this cut design) 11. Easy maintenance. Even ladies can do it without help of men. 12. Auto clean option. 13. Value for money 14.Good fit in any kitchen 15. Material quality good. Cons: 1. Wifi connectivity is 2.4G but they will be upgrading to 5G with software update. 2. Low volume of speakers (Zebronics) If we ignore the cons the product is serving its purpose. My wife and friends liked it very much.
