Awesome tent. Easy setup.
This tent was great! Super easy to setup and I’m a paraplegic wheelchair user. Was able to get it setup in about 20 minutes start to finish. It worked well for beach camping. I used it with my Mercedes e-class stationwagon. It fit very well. Even though it says it’s for SUV it worked wonderfully with my wagon. It fit a twin size air mattress with ease and I was able to have two adults and two children in it comfortably. Being attached to the wagon helps clear up floor space in the tent by providing a storage area or even an additional sleeping area if you have small children. One drawback to it is wasn’t so much the tent but our campsite. Ants were able to get into it but we mitigated this by sealing off the hatch door and hatch attachment area of the tent. Which also allows the tent to be used as a standalone tent aside from being attached to a wagon, or suv. Overall a great experience. The stakes weren’t the best but the ground I had to hammer them into was extremely hard and I bent 3 of them before being able to get the tent secured properly.

Excellent SUV tent!
Easy to set up (easier with 2 people, but possible with just 1), well constructed with some nice features! Comes with 2 awnings that can be combined into one, numerous straps for connecting to your vehicle, floor material has a good 6" 'bathtub' to keep out moisture from the ground, and the seams are well taped. It's not perfect: the roof-ridge pole could have more rounded ends or rubber/plastic caps on it as it directly contacts the rain fly. The zippers could be more robust, but the 3-zipper inverted "T" door is a better choice than the "Moon" shaped doors I see on a lot of other tents. They're not bad, but I would pay a little more for better zippers. (Zippers are a thing with me.) Not sure how it performs in bad weather: didn't have any for the first weekend I took this out! Overall very happy with this tent! [I drive a 2016 Nissan Juke, btw.]

Good Quality. Roomy. Durable.
So I will start with what didn't work. I have an older Ford Explorer. Per reviews someone said it worked on theirs, so I went ahead and bought this tent. The part that goes over the back of the car did not fit. Just could not get it tight enough. Had it rained the tent probably would have flooded. There were gaps on both sides towards the bottom part of the vehicle. The Explorer is just to big. It worked but I could not fully extend my hatch and I was worried the corners of the hatch would poke/tear thru the part that goes over the car. If there are 2 of you, you can easily put on the rain flap. If it is just 1 person, I recommend putting it on b4 raising the tent roof up. It will just be easier. I don't know how anyone; at least the 1st time, could put this tent up alone. It took 2 of us at least an hour. It was super tight trying to fit the poles in the holes. The poles are steel, there is no bend, which is a good thing, very strudy and strong, but hard when there is no give in the tent material and the pole. I am hoping that the next time will be a little easier as the tent may have stretched a little. Okay, with that all being said, I really like the tent. I will be buying a smaller SUV here in the future and I think the tent will fit so much better. I really like how tall it is. It is open. Has 2 big windows and then the door has 2 windows on each side of the opening, so the air flow is great. The tent is like 8'x8' and feels so roomy inside. We had a twin size bed (could of easily fit a queen bed & still had extra room), a table (30'x20'), a small chair in 1 corner, gear, and still lots of room for the 2 of us and the dog to move around, change. It has a center hook to hang our light on and 2 pockets to store gear, phones, etc. Honestly, I am really excited to go camping again once I get my new smaller SUV. The tent material is very durable. Loved the design. This would be a good tent for someone who is tall. My son is 6 ft and had no issues getting in and out or standing up inside the tent. I gave 4 stars because even though it says it would fit my vehicle, it didn't and bcz setting this tent up as 1 person, will be very tricky and hard. I hope that as I practice more at home b4 my next trip that it will get easier and I can come up with some tricks to help. I do believe it is a quality product and worth the money.

Great choice: reliable and well-made camping tent for SUV
I recently purchased this camping tent and overall, I’m very pleased with it. The tent was exactly as described, with high-quality materials that felt durable and reliable. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the setup process relatively smooth. Only minor issue was that the poles weren’t marked, which led to some confusion during assembly. We ended up mixing them up initially, but once we figured it out, everything came together nicely. It would be helpful if the poles were labeled to avoid this mix-up in the future. A standout feature was the optional roof cover. We opted to leave it off one night and were treated to a beautiful view of the night sky while sleeping in the attached car. It added a magical touch to our camping experience. Overall, this tent is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable and well-made camping tent. You’ll have a fantastic time!

SO ROOMIE!!!!
This tent is fantastic! I am 5' 10" and I stand up in it comfortably. Holds two cots and a tote for the middle night stand AND the portable AC. Plus all the kids gear under the cot and strewn about like they live here now. At this price point its a must. I was worried about poles and wind and it being all too much. Nope! Less than 5 minutes with two people and maybe 10 to strap it down--- OR NOT because its also a stand alone! Has a shade that rolls down off the fly that could be used to project a movie onto-- so cool!

Good tent
Easy to set up. Seems durable. Needs a bigger bag for transport. Its smaller than what I thought it would be. I had to make it fit under the hatch back because its too small to fit over top like its designed to. We enjoyed our camping trip and will use the tent again. I have a ford excursion which is very big. So that might be my issue. I'm sure this would work amazing for a smaller suv.

Stopped the rain!
We have used a small hatch tent for years. This is a huge improvement to our setup. Fits the back of our Crosstrek well and gives us indoor space away from the bugs and rain. Was able to feel safe in a windy thunderstorm and was easy to set up and tear down quickly. The bag that comes with it has a broken zipper and the side ripped on the second use but I never expected it to last.

Easy setup, it worked out for us
This tent was pretty easy to set up. Even my kids set it up the second time mostly on their own. It always seems like rolling it back up to fit in the bag again is such a pain, but I think that’s with any tent lol. We used the tent to connect to our RV trailer (doorway height about 4ft, and 5ft wide) and it was a very snug fit. It works for us overall so we’re pretty happy with the tent.
