You get 400 but it takes several to start a fire. If you build your fire perfectly, you may get 400 starts but honestly, if you use 4 for each fire you get 100 starts. Still not bad for the price.

You get 400 starters in the set which is a heck of a deal! I like how small these are and you can easily take them on the road with you. They are very easy to light and get the fire going fast! I like that we don't have to find a bunch of twigs or paper anymore to get fires started with these! Portable so you could take them on the go with you camping and whatnot, but we are just using these in our fire pit. Definitely would recommend.

The product itself is fine but I only received 6 bags of fire starters instead of the 8 bags as advertised. Needless to say, I won’t be buying these again.

They work well but small. So I can't start my fireplace, but works well to start a tabletop fire pit.

I was a little skeptical when I first ordered these packs as the price just seemed too good for the amount of uses. That being said after using I am a very happy customer!Essentially this takes hunting for kindling out of the equation just take a handful of these and put them under your logs and light it up! It’s that simple. The little fire starters you get burn slowly which works well for giving time for your bigger logs to ignite. The fire starters catch flame pretty quick, probably took under a minute with a lighter too it.
