Its incredibly sturdy and quiet, making it perfect for apartment living. The bounce is firm & low-impact on my joints. Assembly was surprisingly straightforward. It has helped me get back into workouts without the joint pain. 10 minutrd on this feels like a 30 munute run.

I love this mini trampoline! It’s very sturdy and it works well! I’ve heard a lot of benefits from exercising on the trampoline or rebounder. I put on lively music and it’s a fun way to exercise! It came with a bar, but I live in a small place so I don’t use the bar because it would be harder to store. Since I’m into my senior years, I hang onto a chair for stability instead of using the bar. I got it because I don’t always feel like going to the gym on the weekend and this gives me a great workout at home! The springs are already on the mat so it was very easy to put together. I did some research on the various ones and I found this to be a good rebounder for a good price!

I have a long history with mini-trampolines, this makes my fifth, since 1972. This is my first of this brand. All of my rebounders have springs and are still in use. Three of my rebounder fold like this one. The difficulty in folding is the only con. These things are like bear traps. It takes a good bit of pull, while standing on opposite side of the frame, to release the joint, to fold.... or two people, but I live alone. I wouldn't want that hinge to be less quality, but it is no quick and easy thing to do. I prefer springs. I'm 77, in good health with mild stiffness in my joints now. The rebounder greatly helps keep me moving with strength and stability. I can't imagine life without a rebounder. This is a well made, quality rebounder. Very fair price point. I love the safety bar.

Sehr gute und robuste Konstruktion. Sehr leichtes Aufbauen, das Trampolin wurde im Halb fertigen zusammengebauten Zustand geliefert.

Not too big and a good size if you're just getting into rebounding. I wasn't sure if I was going to use the handlebar at first, since I was just doing the health bounce. I've since attached it as I plan to do longer sessions and thought I may as well use it so there's less chance of falling off.
