I really like it, it’s amazing and all, I’ve had it for two months now but now all of the sudden the fn, alt, and ctrl don’t work, I’ve tried everything, turning it off and on, taking the parts apart to see if the problem is inside but there’s nothing wrong with it, I seriously don’t know what it do, it was very good, amazing texture and all, literally perfect but idk now. Can anyone help please? I couldn’t find any videos on YouTube to help.

I bought in July and it stoped working a couple of days ago for no reason! I contacted them they said i didn't insert my usb right! Its bizarre that they don't think that their keyboard and mouse doesn't have anything wrong with it
