meet my expectations

The product is what was expected. I wish i had of researched a little more since i was looking for the album that includes all mint marks, dates, etc, but this is not the one. This was my shortcoming not the albums. The product arrived in great condition and ready to use. There is a plastic insert, that at first you may be a bit confused on how to put the coins in, but a quick search on the internet took care of this milestonre:). You basically slide the plastic sleeve out and away to the right just far enought to reveal the hole. Put the coin in and slide the plastic back in. You're coins can be viewed thereafter without the need to physically hold and possibly scratch. Since the plastic is slightly raised above the coin, it does not come in contact either. Open the album, share with friends and love ones all while keeping safe.The album is nice looking and strudy. It's made of several layers of a cardboard like material so the coins stay put. There's not a lot more to add so I hope this helps some. I do plan on purchasing the larger album as my collection grows and is passed down. Happy New Year

Unfortunately the item is not durable. It has a major design flaw.When only half filled with Morgans, the bottom rivet from the outer case pulled through the leather binder strap. So now the entire set is only held in the case by the top rivet which I'm sure will fail eventually due to the stress. The rivet's washer is just so small that it easily pulls through the hole. In the picture you can see the gap and rivet. There shouldn't be any gap. ALL of the weight from the pages and Morgans is held to the cover by only these 2 rivets. Not a good design, especially for such an expensive item.This happened only a few days after I got the book but I only just had time to write a review now. Really disappointed because I was looking forward to this. I would not recommend purchasing it.
