This book completely healed me & absolutely wrecked me at the same time.💕✨ The writing was so poetic, whimsical, & soul-touching. Allison weaves magic with words.❄️ The lore was impeccable. It honoured the Pixie Hollow we know & love while building on that world & deepening it beautifully.🌳 Allison’s vocabulary is incredible. I loved how many times I was looking up luscious new words.🍃 The fairy life details were utterly enchanting! From the delicious foods to the flowers that were crafted into striking fashions, every detail of life was designed for pixies & it was so magical.🧚🏻‍♀️ No spoilers, but the meaning behind the monsters & how they can be defeated made me weep with hope.🥹 The depth to this story & to these precious characters was marvelous. I feel so connected to Clarion—her insecurities as well as her strengths were poignant & deeply relatable.🤍 And lastly, the romance. Oh, the tender, precious, beauteous depth of it. I would never call this romance “sizzling” for it burned—bright & true as a falling star.💫 Clarion & Milori deserve every happiness & now I need to watch The Secret of the Wings to fill the gaping wound in my heart with its hope of happily ever after.🦋 This book was astounding. It was perfection. It not only met, but far exceeded my expectations & hopes. This story is fully welcome into the official canon & lore of the Pixie Hollow I hold so very, very dear.💕 So, in the words of Queen Clarion herself, “Born of laughter, clothed in cheer, happiness has brought you here. Welcome to Pixie Hollow!”✨

I love love love!! If you grew up with tinker bell movies like me, this would be an amazing read for you! It's magical and the cover is so gorgeous! I only rate it a 4 star simply because when it comes to ordering books on Amazon, there are a few marks on the back of the book here and there, but aside from that, no complaints!

Its bittersweet, seeing as we all know the end of this book. The tinkerbell series has always been dear to my heart. But this book gives the perfect way to explain why Clarion is the way she is. Why she cares SO Much for each of her subjects despite being distant in a sense. But this makes the ending of Secret of the Wings so much better as well. This is absolutely a book I will be keeping dear to me. Also one i highly recommend!!! Sincerely, the daughter of this amazon account holder.

Truly one of the best books I have red this year. The story is devastatingly beautiful with enchanting descriptions that keep you hooked from start to finish. I struggled to stop reading once I picked it up, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this story to anyone who might be interested.

The romance, in my opinion, was quite subtle, almost a gentle current flowing beneath the main plot rather than a crashing wave. While I understand this is a Young Adult novel, and perhaps the intention was a softer approach, it read more as a subplot than a central genre focus. Personally, I didn't mind this, as it allowed other elements of the story to shine. For readers expecting a passionate, front-and-center love story, this might be a point of consideration, but for those who appreciate a more understated romantic thread, it works well. Ultimately, my strong connection to this book lies in its nostalgic appeal. If I hadn't spent my childhood enthralled by the enchanting lore of Tinkerbell and similar fae stories, I honestly don't think I would have rated Wings of Starlight as highly. It perfectly captures that sense of wonder, friendship, and the delicate beauty of a hidden magical world, making it a delightful read for its target audience and anyone looking to revisit the magic of their youth.

4.5/5 I've been really looking forward to this book and learning about Queen Clarion's forbidden love story. The cover is also stunning. I enjoyed most aspects of this book. Lord Milori and how in love he is with Clarion, and how a warm season fairy doesn't fear him, is the most captivating aspect of this book. I would recommend this book to any romantasy fan, especially those who grew up on Disney fairies.

I was so excited to read this book. I've always loved Tinkerbell movies and Secret of the Wings is one of my favorites. The book is written just like the films, which I enjoyed for the nostalgia factor. The romance is sweet and tugs at the heart. I thought the story could have been a bit longer with more information on the villains, but the resolution worked out nicely. I took a star for the ending, it just didn't feel satisfying.
