I ordered the WeCool Bone Conduction Headphones a week earlier and received a slightly defective piece, wherein the right earlobe was loose and rotating freely off the neckband. I requested for a replacement and the customer service was prompt in accepting the replacement and replaced the headphones within just 2 days. The headphones themselves are pretty decent and comfortable to wear. There was an initial discomfort to adjust to the vibrations of the cheekbones, especially at higher volumes; but slowly, with reduced volume, I could pretty much get accustomed to them. The volume isn't too great, the music isn't too peaky or exuding higher bass, but it's pretty good for decent listening to music and podcasts. Then again, it was to be expected as the headphones are bone conduction/ open ear; hence a fair bit of noise leakage is to be expected. The battery life is pretty solid; after about a couple of hours of continuous listening to podcasts and music, the battery life still shows a 100%. Need to ascertain the battery performance after a long ride (cycling) over the weekend. The fit and form factor are pretty good for the price. Though at times I felt a mild pain behind the ear after continuous usage for over 2 hours. Overall, a pretty good product for daily workouts as well as mild music/ podcast listening. Note - Recommend using the volume at 60-70% of max volume to avoid discomfort and excessive vibrations.

I bought this headset and found that the voice is very feeble and I’ve to increase the volume to almost full to be able to hear completely. The mic isn’t good as well as I’ve to shout for the person on the other end to hear. The headset loop is also very big and not adjustable. Hangs extra on the back and can’t wear while sleeping. Increasing volume makes the speaker vibrate which is annoying - for videos and songs. Ears hurt if worn for more than 30-40 minutes and have to switch to another headphone. Bad product. Very expensively priced. Do not buy.

It is lose to my head and its sound is less. With wearing it on hoodie cap makes the sound good, in starting ears were irritated but later I got used to it. It is ok ok for me. If you go to further options, those are very expensive, that's why no choice for me. Battery life is good.

Good sound, but very poor voice quality - the other person cannot hear what is being said. I wish to return the item, but am unable to find the option 😞😭 Please help.

Thank you, Team WeCool me - dear sir/ mam, The product has been prone to frequent defects since purchase you have done two warranty repairs now saying that warranty has expired is a shame on your product and company. You sell a substandard product repair it twice and then say warranty expired. Thats now how the system works, i will have to move consumer court for this isue please. The product is faulty and substandard, the company repaired it twice , in last one year , its prone to recurring defects, its been again defective since last three months and company says out of warranty now. So basically sell a substandard product, keep it ops somehow in warranty by frequent repairs and after one year tell the customer that it is out of warranty. A very unethical company and policy with a substandard item.

Comfortable for use. Good connectivity . Low sound.

Did see the reviews about loose etc but took a chance since I needed one such - to use during morning runs on quiet roads (I use another wecool - a wired mr.bass model - for other in house needs - that has lasted todate since 03/2021). This has been perfect for me in both fit (first time trying on, it did feel too tight but was snug enough post/days following) and sound quality (conduction/open, so it is not going to be as clear as in-ear earphones especially if a truck pass you by etc). I like this as the fit + design makes my run hassle free (nothing falling off, front/hands free, quick on/off/pairing & good sound yet alert to ambient noise/movements). The charge is lasting for use across days too so far (fingers crossed the long charge-ability remains).
