This product is good quality, connects to the computer easily. I would say it is a good value and fits onto the computer as expected. The additional ports enable more functionality for my computer.

Does Not Work
When plugged in, the Surface Pro does not register the USB. After a bit of troubleshooting to no avail, it’s fair to say the product is defective. I would not recommend.

compact and travel ready
As portable docking stations go, this one ticks most of the boxes. It has the ports needed and is certainly small enough to travel well. Without a cable, it is easy to stash in any pocket of your backpack, and connects into the Surface well enough. That said, it's a little light-weight, a little loose when connected, and just doesn't feel solid in either the build or the connection. It works fine for everything I have used it for, but the weight of the USB C cable if you use that for power seems to move it enough that I'd rather use the Surface power supply when I am using this, so there's less weight pulling it down.

Theres nothing I dont like about this product. It works what its made for and I have had no issues thus far.

Perfect addition to my surface 9 pro
As a compact accessory dock for my service 9 pro this was one of the best things that I've ever attached to any laptop because it's so slim and add so many more additional features to my laptop.I would definitely recommend this for anyone that's looking for a small docking station however please understand that this is not compatible with most cases that are available for this laptop.

If you have a case on your surface this will not work unfortunately.
