I ordered but it wont be delivered in time. You approved return request. But we are going away for 3 months so unable to return. Help!!!!

You can return it when you return, you pay at postoffice and as long as there is not use or damage we refund you.

My old regulator is 4kg/hr. this is 1.5. Does that make a difference?

it all depends on the gas consumption of the appliances you are running from the regulator if they add up to more than 1.5kgh you will need a 4kgh regulator

Would this regulator also work on a FloGas cylinder?

as long as it is one of flogases standard red propane cylinders it will not fit the rest

Is this certified to bsen 16129

the regulator has its en16129 classification
