As others have noted, the connection between the small diameter nozzle and the main connector is poorly designed and prone to breakage. I used this just a few times before the small piece snapped off.On the plus side, it connected to my 1 1/4" extender perfectly. This would be an excellent product if it were a little stronger.

For the money, I haven’t been this happy with a purchase in years.

I used this to inflate two large air pillows for my swimming pool closing. I wish I had bought these a long time ago. It took less than 5 minutes to inflate both pillows with my Shop Vac.

This looked like exactly what I needed to pump up pool floats quickly and easily, but the plastic needle-nose broke off at the base the very first time I used it. These days many if not most companies take no pride in the products they manufacture and those who sell them take even less. If you think it's anything other than planned obsolescence, I honestly think you are not paying enough attention.

Oh, so happy. Now I can use my cordless vacuum to inflate and deflate my floaties for the lake. This product has a unique blower side that can fit a few different sizes (see photo). It's flexible so it can stretch to sizes that are slightly different (very little stretch, but it is not hard plastic).

I thought the idea of using a Shop Vac for larger pool floats was such an amazing idea. This works great and exactly as advertised, blows up floats in minutes. The reason for 3 Stars is that this thing broke the first time I used it. The needle/nozzle itself broke off as we were blowing up a float. Fortunately, we were able to shave a bit off and put it back into the opening which actually provided a better seal. Just be careful when pushing or forcing the nozzle into the float, this thing breaks very easily.

Works great to add on to my shop vac to blow up a kids pool.

Fits well. Could use another tup attachment for larger inflatables. The tip it came with wasn't finished well. There was plastic findings attached and a bit sharp. I bit expensive for its quality. Better off buying a cheap pump that comes with a 1.5 inch adapter and use it for the shopvac.
