It Works!!!!
I had a great experience with this! I’ve used it consistently 3 times per week between my other workouts. I start off at a low level and then increase it to the maximum after about 10 minutes. I try to use it for 20 to 30 minutes, and I feel like I’m getting a full ab workout. I’m tighter and lifted in the midsection…. it even makes my posture look better if I use it before going out. I found it easy to use and I love the variation it gives between the different types of workouts. It will remain a part of my weekly routine…. Highly recommend.

No more silicone pads!!! The ab belt is GREAT!!!
Very pleased with this ab stimulator! The product is very high quality and is easy to use. The electrical stimulation has a wide range of intensity levels, making it great for both beginners and more advanced users. I use mine regularly and have been very impressed with its performance. The batteries also last a surprisingly long time, which is a big plus. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it! I love how it wraps around and feels very secure! And NO MORE REPLACING SILICONE PADS!!!

قطعة من القمامة تصيبك بالصدمات يسبب لك حوالي 2 أو 3 صدمات مؤلمة، وهذا كل شيء. يا لها من مضيعة للمال والوقت

Convenient, Comfortable, and Effective!
I am extremely impressed with this ab stimulator! It is lightweight, highly practical, and incredibly easy to use. The belt fits perfectly and the controls are incredibly user-friendly. The Velcro strap provides a secure and comfortable fit that stays firmly in place while I move around. I love the variety of program modes and the deep range of intensity levels, allowing me to fully customize my sessions. The battery life is impressive, lasting through several sessions on a single charge. Perfect for a quick session while relaxing at home or working at my desk. A great, high-quality addition to my daily wellness routine! While it doesn't replace a traditional workout, it is a fantastic tool for boosting core engagement and target stimulation throughout a busy workday!
