Feels good, looks good, I hope it lasts a long time.
Easy to insert the Mi Band into the new wrist band. The quality seems very very good. The original band broke, the replacement band broke, so now I am trying a nylon band and am hoping it proves to be more durable. After one day it seems comfortable because of the slight stretch and it is easy to get it the correct tightness. The quality of the band is so much better than expected given the low cost.

Band that would last
Works great and love the fit for my Mi Band 4. It is not waterproof tho. Would recommend.

Comfortable and works for me
Overall the bands work for me. The elastc band is made to adjust for different sizes. When stretching it to get it over my hand it loosens and I need to tighten it for a proper fit which can be a little cumbersome working with only my free hand. Once on, the fit is comfortable.
