Good value Great tasting product I sip this throughout my workout and stay hydrated , I've definitely noticed less muscle soreness and always make a point of using this as my intra and post workout drink

taste good, priced well, i scoop this and mix it with my yogurt. no issues with mixability and decent size.

Improvement over the already great BCAAs
I've used Xtend BCAAs for years. Cannot work out without them. These are even better! The BCAAs are still fantastic, but these are a noticeable improvement!

Great Brand
I really rate the Xtend range have been using the BCAA for years, and have just started on this as Workout drink while the BCAA is an after drink. So far so good, nothing negative to say. Too early to see any direct benefits.
