I prefer really firm pillows And they’re actually very difficult to find. So when this advertised being firm, I jumped at the chance to get a pair.These are four out of five in terms of firmness. I like that it has shredded memory foam inside because that makes the pillow more flexible, however, I think that’s the reason why the firmness is not as marked as I’d like it to be as well. I never recognized that this is also a personal preference. The pillow is firm, just not as firm as I would like it to be.Now there are several things that I do love about these pillows. The first is that it’s a cooling pillow, which means that it doesn’t get all hot at night as pillows usually do, but it’s instead able to regulate the temperature enough, so the pillow always has a cooler side.Secondly, I always like when cases are removable and washable. This tells me the pillow Has been designed to last, but it also offers the potential to change the cover depending on the season. The fabric on this is soft as well, so you kind of melt into it. It’s very comfortable.I got the standard size pillows, but they come in all sizes. I am very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend.

Nice and firm, but soft and pliable when needed, especially great for back and side sleepers

Love the pillow but very disappointed with the pillow case. Zipper is defective. Having a very hard time unzipping it so I can put it on the pillow. Manufacturer should send me a new one for the pillow.

It seemed a little too firm but it has a zipper to be able to pull out some of the stuffing and make it more comfortable. Other pillows I have get lumpy and you can’t straighten them out. Quality is great
