Bought this for my underweight family member. It is hard for them to eat enough daily to maintain or gain weight and so this has been very helpful and effective for their goals. It was approved by their nutritionist and even has a great taste- we tried the chocolate and it tastes very much like chocolate icecream base. I wouldn’t say it’s hard to drink in terms of flavor or texture and if you put it in a magic bullet to blend you’re good to go. In order to reach weight goals and being able to see some results after 4 weeks, I’d say this is great value for the money.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it has a poor chocolate taste, although it does what it advertises"puts on lbs"

I like it very well. I even use almond milk and add some blueberries or bananas to it and it mixes very very well in my blender. Has a really good taste. I have the vanilla and the chocolate and I mix one scoop of each.

hard to mix in but if you use a blender it works well i like the taste fine. but calories are not really from the actual powder it’s from the milk. the powder itself is only around 200 calories per serving

It's terrible no matter how I try to mix it it doesn't mix well and it's not drinkable. I do 4 scoops and 2and half cups of milk and even stirring it or using a blender cup it doesn't mix.

My favorite shake ever, I have seen a big difference in my weight.
