adjust it to he tight around the head and under the chin and it won't move. it is comfortable. i have 0 issues with it. it comes with a chain and a door anchor. i was just using a band and holding it against my head. i know some of the reps i was cheating by pulling some of the weight with my hand. i also had to use my other hand in away to keep the band from pulling my hair out. this harness keeps you from cheating. totally hands free and you can focus on good technique and posture. the harness feels tight and conformable and didn't feel like my hair was constantly being pulled out. I am happy about my purchass so far. i have had neck problems for many years now and i actually feel good after my first workout. i may return to update this if anything changes.

So far – I’m very happy. I wear a size 7 3/4 hat and while the harness looks awkward up top, it is snug and secure and comfortable. I wanted to save some money compared to the iron neck and I think this may be a fantastic option. I didn’t like how one of the Velcro pieces was secured with single stitching, and I’m hoping this doesn’t start ripping quickly. I’m recovering from neck surgery so I’m not doing crazy and sweaty Boot Camp workouts with it. However, I fought amateur MMA, boxing, Muay, Thai and BJJ. I’ve definitely used the more primitive methods from 20+ years ago. One thing I really liked about this is that it also came with the resistance band. If my opinions change about this product – I’ll give an update.

Better than my old one with a tighter and more customizable fit. I appreciate the different hookup angles, although I find myself mostly just using the sides. The chin strap is a nice inclusion. The material seems to be made for both comfort and durability.

Works well

I got this for my kid who's 16 and really heavy into body building and wrestling. He started out with 25 pounds and complained of neck shoulder pain for about 2 days after so I would say it does it's job.

Although adjustable, it would not quite adjust to fit my head. Made for somebody with a taller head than mine. I decided it was less trouble to just lie on my back, arch my back, and use my feet and back of my head to lift my shoulders off the floor, and rock my head up and down and sideways to exercise the back of my neck. For the front of my neck, I lie on my back on my bed with my head hanging over the edge and nod my head up and down. All of this saves adjusting and putting on the head harness.

I’d definitely prefer the iron neck pro, but it’s just too expensive. This gets the job done.

Slips off easily off head, it will rip once you reach heavier loads, chin strap sucks
