These will fit Canon R5 cameras.

Very inexpensive and they fit perfectly on a Sony A7IV camera. I got them as spares to keep in my camera bag.

I love how these hot shoe covers protect the entire shoe. They are designed to cover all the contacts on the hot shoe versus others that slide underneath the contacts.

These have the correct, unique configuration to fit in Canon hot shoes and still permit the on-camera flash to pop up. (This is important if you use the on-camera pop-up flash to trigger your external flashes or use it for occasional fill light... and do not want to have to remove -- and keep track of -- the tiny hot shoe cover.) These are not as perfect a fit as the Richard Franiec hot shoe covers I got 10 years ago for each of my Canons. (He machined each from a block of plastic. They were expensive, about $10 each, as I recall.) But these will do the job in my 7D-II, 7D, and 50D. Of the four covers I received, two snap into place okay, but the other two do not. They are loose enough they could get knocked out easily. See the photo with arrows pointing to the numbers. I noticed the two that snap in have number "2" and the two that don't a number "1". I assume those numbers relate to the injection-mold cavity they were made in. I'll see if I can exchange the two loose number 1s for two that snap in and stay put. If I can't, I'll modify them so they will stay in place. (I just tested applying a piece of Gorilla duct tape across the entire back half of the underside, and that additional thickness seems to provide enough friction to keep the piece in place. I'll try to include a photo in the next day or two.) If you've got a Canon with a hot shoe, these are the ones to get as they don't press the tiny button that tells your camera you've got something in the hot shoe. (Which you do, but you'd like the camera to ignore these and pretend you don't.) I knocked off a star because I've gotta modify two out of four of them to get them to work right. Overall, I'd say: good product at a good price.

As a sports photographer, it’s not uncommon for the elements or accidents to mess with your hotshot. The look and material of the caps are great, and are compatible with my Canon RP and R6. They are very sturdy and fit snug in place with no concerns of them coming off.

I discovered the hard way that failing to keep one of these in your camera and then exposing it to rain can have some unpleasant consquences. The camera kept telling me that it did not support the device I was attempting to attach to it. That was being caused by some shorting twixt some of the many connectors in the Sony multipurpose shoe on my a68 camera. The solution required a lot of careful cleaning and drying. The PREVENTION, that I should have had applied, would have been to keep one of these in the camera whenever I don't have a flash or other device in the hot shoe mount. And a good value. This pack of 4 cost almost the same as one from Sony. These work perfectly. I'd buy them again if I needed to.
