Got this as a spare. Use it both at work and at home. Can hear very clearly and mic volume is excellent. It is also very comfortable, and I can leave it on all day. Battery life is great and gets me through a whole day with heavy use. Works with all phones I've tried it with and all meeting services (Webex, MS Teams, Zoom, etc.). Very satisfied with this purchase.

The product is good for noise cancellation, but I have experienced a significant issue while using the device during phone calls. The device randomly restarts, and the caller hears only a buzzing sound until the device reboots and reconnects after about a minute. This is quite frustrating. It's worth noting that I've used two devices, and both exhibit the same problem. I've also noticed a few other users complaining about this issue. I hope the manufacturers take these reviews seriously and address the problem, as I believe it's a software issue. Thank you.

It is comfortable to wear it, the quality feels good and the battery lasts with using it almost all day for 24 hours

I am a trucker and have now used my new Bluetooth for about a week.Here is a list of the pros and cons.Pros - excellent noise canceling. My truck is very loud and everyone that talks to me says they can hear ZERO background noise.It's lightweight.Sound quality on phone calls is pretty good. The volume is above average.Has great battery life.Cons - does not do well on playing media. The sound quality is lacking and the volume is very inadequate. This is strictly a Bluetooth for phone calls. Not for media!The plastic on the ears is not very comfortable. It's going to take you some getting used to having hard plastic with no comfortable padding on top of your sensitive ears. Still trying to get used to mine after a week.Also, where the speaker hits your ear is not adjustable. You'll see what I mean when you put it on.Overall - it's well worth the money. The noise filtering alone makes it worth the price they're asking. But just remember, you're using this for phone calls and nothing more. If you're wanting to listen to media AND phone calls this is not your headset.If the ratings would allow me, I would give it a 4.3 out of 5

Simple and easy to use and, I know how this sounds, but it also doesn't mess up my hair when I'm in video meetings. I can also be holding my newborn and put these on with one hand and sync it with one hand. I can wear it for hours and it doesn't hurt and it's not heavy. It also doesn't make my ears sweat, which is a thing with big headsets. It's exactly what I wanted.

Works, but buttons suck for answering and hanging up calls. I do prefer the bone conduction over speakers when on an airplane.

I’m just here to write that there is no USB-A or USB-C dongle included. I couldn’t find any reviews stating this, so I took a chance and ordered a set to find out. And I did lol I’m not sure if the product works well, never got to use it. I’m not crapping on the product. Just here to clarify this item does not have a dongle included

The headset cancelation is excellent, but the ear loop rubs against to ear tragus and causes skin irritation.
