This is one of the best memory cards I’ve used. I mainly use it for photography on my Canon R5, shooting RAW, and it performs really well. Very unreliable, on 30 fps on my r5 mark ii, it only produces like 30 shots then stalls and it buffeers forever, then gives error and says that the card is full, it just randomly stops i have to send it back be careful. You better buy prograde cobalt, the best cards ever even for video 8k raw

I’ve got a second card and it’s doing the same thing working intermittently??? All my other cards work fine in my cameras I don’t like leaving bad reviews and my friends bought the same card and works just fine in my cameras

I am having issues with this card when transferring photos off of it and onto my Macbook Pro m1 max. When selecting a batch of >150 photos (~50mb each photo from a Canon R5) it keeps disconnecting from my macbook. I need to decrease the batch to below 150. I am using a card adapter to plug into my macbook but I also have a 512gb card from a different company "ProGrade" that does not have this issue and I can transfer thousands of photos in one batch and it doesn't disconnect. This is very time consuming and frustrating to get photos off of it. I would not purchase this again or recommend it to anyone. It does work completely fine though to store photos/videos but just fails when trying to get them off of it.

In a market of overpriced cards, this Lexar is a great deal. It’s very fast and handles high-res video easily. If you don't do 'silly things' like deleting files one by one in-camera (which can mess with the card over time) and just format it properly after backups, it will last a long time. Solid performance for a fair price.
