These are some of the highest quality pens I have ever purchased for the sake of art. I am constantly looking for good ink pens to use for my artwork, but I am fairly picky about which type of pens I like, but do not want to pay too much for pens that I may hate using. The Stabilo 88 point pens are perfect for small details, fine lines and for coloring in the Adult Coloring/Relaxation Therapy books (some of the books have such small details, that super-fine pen tips are required for best result). This set of pens has a very fine point tip which is perfect for detailing. And the pack can be purchased at a reasonable price! Some people have claimed that they only get scratchy writing with these pens, but it helps to know how to properly use and write with them. Because the writing tip is encased in a long, hollow metal "pipe," the pen must be held more upright when using it. The more angled the pen becomes, the more the metal scratches on the paper instead of the actual tip from which the ink flows. The pack comes with a variety of shades to choose from, allowing the pens to be used for color coded writing (notes and life planners), for coloring, and for use in a wide range of art projects. The pigmentation of the ink is heavy, leaving excellent colors on the page. When used properly, the ink flows smoothly and consistently. Another great thing about these pens is that each color has a specific Art number that is used to purchase single pens (when the ink in one pen is completely used up, you can buy a replacement for that ONE pen instead of buying another 30 count set). Simply look up "Stabilo *insert art number (ex: 88/33)* pen" and buy the same color pen that no longer works. My choice to buy these pens has been one of the best art decisions I have ever made! Great multifunctioning pens, large variety of colors, fair pricing, and easy replacement make this product worthy of purchasing and then recommending!! I write a lot and am always looking for new color pens. These are great I wish I had gotten the larger pack and that is my only regret. The color is always vibrant and I love the fact they don't bleed through my paper. I have always loved a good sharpie but we all know if you use them your not going to be able to write on the other side of the paper but with these pens you can. The comfort of the pen is great as well and I am able to write a lot longer with these than most pens I have used because of the pain they cause with my Lupus and RA. Not only is my handwriting neater but I am able to write for longer periods of time which I love to do as long as I am not caused any extra pain. I would highly recommend these pens to anyone who enjoys to draw, write, color or who just like to add an artistic touch their work. To give you an idea of what these pens are like....They are a light weight, vibrant colored, ultra fine point, sharpie like pen.... without the bleeding through to the next page. Definitely worth buying. Personally I am going to be buying the larger set my next order just to get those extra colors I didn't get in the smaller set I bought.. The larger set have a nicer pen holder too which I am looking forward to owning myself. I highly recommend these pens because I know finding a good pen can be work. These won't disappoint and are definitely worth the purchase.

Great pen set for adult coloring books or everyday writing! I bought these as an alternative for my coloring books when I didn't feel like using colored pencils and have been completely happy with them. They write smoothly, don't seem to feather. As with most pigmented pens, they will bleed through to the other side although bleed through is minimal. I would say more that is shows through with darker colors as opposed to actually bleeding through. I would recommend using for coloring books that only have printing on one side or where you don't intend to color on the reverse. They don't appear to bleed through enough that having a sheet of paper behind is necessary, but I always do just as a precaution. The colors on these pens are very vibrant - I do feel that they are slightly darker than what is picture on the caps, but this wasn't a negative for me. The super fine tips meant I was able to color even the most intricate details in my coloring books which was incredibly difficult using just colored pencils. I also find these work great as just everyday pens for day planners, etc... Even took them to an office party where we were signing holiday cards and they were a HUGE hit with everyone there. Would definitely recommend!

Pros: The pens are extremely vivid in color, and have a wide array of shades available. The amount of blues in this set is probably my favorite part, same with the black/gray pens. The black and gray pens, if used properly, are great for doing marker sketches with shadow effects. The fine tip also allows for small details, perfect for most adult coloring books. Cons: I do not recommend the markers on use in a large area, like a large blank space in a coloring page. The pens dry relatively quickly, so you can easily see the strokes in the color as you go. On the flip side though, in small areas, I have noticed it can be easy to go over one spot too any times. Overall the pens themselves are a great buy for just about anyone. Personally, I really enjoy the markers. Being an art major and having used many different marker sets, this one is possibly one of my favorites so far!

Nice quality pens . Wish all of the colors were darker though.

I love these pens! And the don’t bleed through moleskine. But this pack had neons and I don’t know how one would use these? They are so light they’re impossible to see. So I wish I’d bought the smaller pack without the neons.

The quality of these pens are great! The feel of the pens in the hands, the tip length, and ease of use make these pens a great purchase. The pen tips are just right to you can accurately color with them and there is little to no bleeding.
