I have hitachi window AC, with model no Hitachi W/AC 1.5T SMR TM RAT518HUD 5SR5 and ordered the remote for the said model.The remote is working perfectly fine (pls change the position of switch, it it's not working)

Polite response on contacting on WhatsApp, they will tell the correct model if you send the picture.
Working perfectly, just need to set the switch to the correct position. Also need to reset the ac manually to start remote function on first time.Exactly the original product

Product found OK but not compatible to the Hitachi Inverter split AC, as the AC didn't respond to remote controller signal.
