I love these and I'm glad I finally decided to take my other laces out and put these ones in because it made my life so much easier. Not really easier but less bending and tying now which for a guy with a bad back is a great thing. My shoes still fit like i am still tying them except now I can just slip them on and off very easily now. I definitely recommend these to anyone especially people with bad backs or knees or whatever is hurting you. Trust me.

I've slowly been converting most of my indoor and outdoor sneakers and shoes to no tie elastic laces. I find as I get older it's less of a happy thing to be tying and untying shoes every time I come in or out of the house. Elastic shoelaces have been a big improvement for me. There are a variety of different clasps and ways that they stay secure, and these don't try to hide or disguise the fact that they are elastic, since they attached like they do in the pictures. However, and in my case, I tend to tie them up like traditional shoelaces and then just slip them on and off. I definitely do this at least for a period of time until I'm sure I have them dialed in the way I want them. The first couple of pairs I bought I didn't do this and then wished I had as they were either just a little too loose or a little too tight. These laces seem of good quality, and they look a lot like the laces that I took off of the two pairs of shoes I got them for. All in all I'm very satisfied with this order and would highly recommend them.

I was given a pair of shoes that came with no-tie shoelaces and they've spoiled me forever I think. They keep my shoes comfortably snug on my feet yet make them easy to slip into and out of. Sure, slip-on shoes are no-tie, but their elastic stretch can't be adjusted. That's what sold me on getting some no-tie shoelaces for my other shoes. They enable me to customize the snugness of my shoes according to my preferences and keep it that way. It's early days with this brand, but they were easy for me to lace-up and adjust to my liking. The instructions were easy to follow. The little buckles are solid and heavy for their size - quite sturdy. The only tricky bit is cutting and sealing the end of the laces with a flame once they're threaded through the buckle. The little blob left on the end is what keeps the laces from being pulled back through the buckles and it's invisible under the buckles when finished. So far, so good.

I wanted to convert my work shoes to slip-ons and these worked perfectly. They have enough elasticity to slip on shoes even when they are tight. They have enough strength that you can lace them from slightly loose to really snug. They are also very subtle that they aren't noticeable. I've worn my shoes with these laces and they are very comfortable.I ended up switching to a different buckle since these were silver and I needed something less noticeable on black shoes, but I did initially use them and they held very well. I ended up adjusting the shoelaces while putting them on the shoe and it took work to loosen the buckles, which is exactly how they should work.

I finally got around to changing the laces on my kid's shoes and these are perfect. Once you string and tie them, they will stretch when you put on your shoes so you never have to untie and tie your shoes again. I don't know why it took so long for this idea to come around or am I just slow in discovering these?

I've always been one of those folks who hate to tie and untie my shoes. When I saw these, I had to try them. I laced them up in my Rykas and they work great! They are easy to slip on but still snug enough on my feet that I don't feel they are too loose. Very comfortable.I did not yet try the little locks. I just tied the laced in a double bow so they stay tied (and because they were a bit too long) and they work great. I will try cutting the laces and using the locks on my next pair of shoes. I'm sold these work great.

I got these for my always-late child to make his shoes into slip ons. Works well so far! He said they still fit tight- they don't slip around or cause blisters. I also replaced the laces on my bummy gardening shoes with these so i can get them on and off quicker!
