Suunto Zoop, Vyper & Cobra Battery Replacement Kit

works good, easy to install I always take an extra battery on dive trips

Fit my Suunto Cobra perfectly.

Suuno Zoop console gauge. I was concerned the battery would not fit since the replacement, a CR2450N appear to be thicker than the standard CR2450. I contacted the seller and they assured me it would fit along with the gasket. I was also surprised to receive two sets of everything, since I have the need for three more Zoops. I will be ordering another set soon!

Seemed expensive, but makes sense now I know it's a 2-pack. Worked perfectly for my Suunto Zoop, dove with no issues following replacement of all three parts. Now if they could just include a tool to take off the watch band, it'd be even better. :)

This was a huge disappointment. Instead of simply buying a new battery as I was tempted to do, I went with the full kit in an effort to treat my Vyper with care. I had only used it on one dive trip and was looking forward to many more years with it. Unfortunately, this being my first time replacing it, I trusted the hardware and overlooked that the o-ring provided was too large. This resulted in a flooded computer within the first 5 minutes of the first dive of the trip and a forever-broken dive computer. So in addition to paying for the full kit that I didn't end up using, I will have to purchase a whole new dive computer.

I was not aware that the purchase included a 2x inclusion of the battery, O-ring, housing, and clip. I installed it myself on my Gekko computer - as was able to bet confirmation via chat room that it would fit. But from what I had read in advance, thought the kit would also include the silicon grease for the ring. I suppose there may be 2 lines of thought as to whether lubrication is needed in all instances. In my case, i was able to seat the ring in place and re-assemble but it took a few tries. Overall - a good value in my opinion and quality product.

Came with all the parts I needed to replace my battery. Super easy to follow along with while watching a YouTube video. Totally recommend.

This kit is not the correct set for the Suunto Vyper Novo. The O-ring is slightly larger and will not fit. The battery works though, but I ended up reusing the existing O-ring, so hopefully that won't cause any issues. For the Vyper Novo, the battery and the O-ring is all that's needed - the other pieces are not used.

Ich bin super überrascht, es ist alles 2x dabei !!! Das macht es natürlich nochmal attraktiver…. Preis-Leistung also TOP !! Ausschlaggebend für die Bestellung war, dass der Verschlussring mit dabei ist. Passt alles super, hält dicht, keine Beanstandung!!!
