This kit is perfect!
This flange insert kit is perfect if your flange size changes over time. Having a variety of sizes allows you to easily find the right fit, ensuring comfort and efficiency with your breast pump. Flange inserts
I exclusively pumped for 18 months with my 1st baby, so I can tell you that having the right flange size is important for your comfort, as well as for being able to get milk out as efficiently as possible. The better you empty, the more milk it will signal your body to produce. This set is great for being able to try out multiple sizes to find what works best for you. I would recommend using each for a couple of days (unless it causes discomfort, then stop!) Pump at least 15-20 mins minimum, but keep on going if you're still in the middle of a letdown. Never stop a good flow. Write down the amount of time it took to feel sufficiently emptied, and your output amount. Then you can compare to see what worked best for you. I also highly recommend seeing an IBCLC too. Depending on your insurance (USA), they normally cover a certain number of visits, or for a certain period of time, so you might as well take advantage.

Not compatible with spectra pump. Flange doesn’t fit properly. Wast of money . I regret purchasing it
