Perfect for sleeping in. The extra ear piece sizes and foam options are great. I was able to and the perfect earpieces cuz that I couldn't feel them when I was sleeping on my side. Definitely blocked out some of snoring enough that it's relatively quiet. Not funny soundproof or noise canceling but definitely good enough.

My hairdresser turned me on to these (she literally gifted me a pair after which I bought more) after hearing me complain about my noisy bedroom. These are so comfortable as compared to those foam plugs. Very classy too. Recommended.

I’ve been using foam ear plugs at night to help with sleep for a lot of years and they worked great. My doctor recommended I try silicone ear plugs so I gave these a shot. Been using them for a few days now and what I’ve found was they do keep the noise out, but if you are a side sleeper like I am, you may find them discomforting like I did. And yes I did have them inserted correctly. So if you are not a side sleeper or plan on wearing these while at a concert or any other loud event I would highly recommend these. If you are a side sleeper like I am I would not recommend. I’m going back to foam ear plugs.

They do not claim to cancel all noise, but they certainly help. There are three sets of tips for a good fit. They come with a spare set of earplugs because you know at least one plug is going to get lost in the sheets. I have concert earplugs, but I bring these sleep earplugs to especially loud outdoor concerts.

Infelizmente, não gostei. Quase não sinto diferença no som usando.
