Very happy with this purchase. My wife and I own a 43-acre hunting property in Northern AZ, and since we don't get out very often, we usually have a ton of pics to go through from our traditional game cameras. Unfortunately, most of these are of tree branches moving in the wind, with interspersed game pics. Of course, we are often months behind the most recent pics, so tracking game patterns has been tricky. Additionally, we've had relatively lower-quality no-name brand cameras that work, but often seem to have weird glitches with time/date stamps which only further confounds the tracking data.Enter this Moultrie... VERY happy with the product, as it is a very high quality build, materials are sound and just "feel good" in your hand. Controls are app-based primarily, but the set up is very simple and intuitive. Since our property is remote, we opted to use the solar panel, and it also very well built, which gave us some peace of mind as our weather can be tough out there. At our property, we only have a few cell networks that get any signal, so I was very happy with the connectivity of the camera; it found a mid-range signal very quickly and has been sending pics and video without issue. Picture quality is great so far, with typical nighttime blurring if animals are moving or running by (see pics). The On-Demand picture feature is hard to resist, as I often like peeking in on the property, and it works well, taking less than 45seconds to get an image (likely would be faster with a stronger cell signal). Battery life seems great so far, and the solar panel certainly helps with that.In terms of value, yes, this camera set up was by far our most expensive, but the quality is evident and makes the purchase well worth it. We're planning on slowly replacing our other primary cameras with other Moultries so we can have a wider on-demand view. Great product!

Very good trail camera. Easy to set up, use and control with very good picture and video quality, and cell reception. It's our 3rd Moultrie camera and recommend it highly.

This is my first experience with cell camera. Easy to set up with the app and it has a lot of features like maps, weather and game analysis that look interesting. Have a weak signal at my place but the test pictures seem to be good quality. Only been up a few days so I haven’t gotten any game pics yet.

Great camera, easy to setup. Only issue is the lack of range on the night vision photos. This is my first trail cam so don’t know if it’s normal, but when photos are taken I can barely see things that are only about 20ft away.I did buy their upgraded mAmp rechargeable battery. Was going great. Was about 2-3 months without charging and it had only dropped to about 60%. Then 3 days later I got an alert battery was at 5%. Not sure what happened. Will inspect when I get back out there.

I got this trail cam to monitor animal activity on my property, and overall, I’m happy with it. Setup was super easy, 4G connection worked smoothly, and the photo/video quality is impressive even at night.The app is user-friendly and the activity graphs are really helpful. I did get some false triggers even with the AI filter on, so I had to tweak the sensitivity.Battery life could be better, but aside from that, it’s a solid choice for anyone serious about tracking wildlife or security.

This upgraded Moultrie Edge 2 Pro is impressive! The 40MP photos and 1440P videos are incredibly clear, even at night. I love the no-glow flash—it stays discreet, and the AI false trigger elimination really works, cutting out unnecessary alerts. Easy to set up, connects quickly, and delivers reliable performance. Great for serious wildlife tracking or property monitoring.

Purchased camera and solar package in March 2025. By the end of June the solar power was dead. I disconnected the solar back up from the camera and placed it where it basically had sunshine all day. It was there for over 2 wks with nothing connected to discharge it. It did not take a charge. Called customer support and they told me I would occasionally need to plug it in. I told them I purchased the solar so I would not have to do that or use batteries. Their answer was try plugging it in and charging it, if that doesn't work call us back. Totally defeats the purpose of solar.

This camera functions well but has horrible battery life. I've used the battery pack and lithium ion AA's. The battery pack lasted maybe 2 weeks and is flat. The AA's lasted about a month. Considering this camera is 200 miles away from me, I can't just change batteries all the time. Definitely take this into consideration before buying. I could get a whole winter out of older versions of Moultrie Mobile cameras.Oh yea, pictures and videos are just average quality. Nothing special.
