This mattress is truly excellent; I had always hoped to find one that was both firm and comfortable, and this one perfectly meets those criteria. It offers the high quality and softness I was seeking, all at a reasonable price. I was particularly impressed that it arrived in a very compact box and then expanded as if the small packaging had never existed—it's quite remarkable, something I hadn't encountered before. Regarding the mattress itself, there are a few considerations, though I believe the issue lies with my bed frame rather than the mattress. When someone moves on the mattress, it tends to shift slightly and may move off the bed frame. I suspect this occurs because of the bed brackets I previously removed.

I bought this mattress expecting a medium feel, but it is definitely more on the firm side. Honestly that worked out perfectly for me because I was actually looking for something firmer. At first it felt a bit hard, but after a few nights I got used to it and now it feels very comfortable. I sleep well, fall asleep quickly, and wake up feeling rested. It gives me the support I was hoping for. The quality is also really good for the price, and I was happy that there was no strong smell when I opened it. I know comfort can be different for everyone, especially when it comes to back support, but for me this mattress has been a great choice. I am really happy with it. I am a 175lbs man standing on it!

Very comfortable mattress! It’s soft but still supportive, and I’ve been sleeping really well on it. The quality is great for the price, and it was easy to set up. Definitely a good purchase!

Its okay it's not as soft as I like it's pretty stiff but it does have some give and I do sleep better on it then my last mattress with was a hybrid I would not mind buying this bed again but would get it softer unless you like more firm but not too firm

I purchased this mattress for my soon to be 2 year old who refuses to sleep in his toddler bed probably because the quality of that mattress is garbage. I slept on this mattress the other night and it was rock solid, in a good way. It's soft, it's comfortable, no weird smell when I took it out of the plastic. The material is well made, not a cheap dinky mattress. Fully formed to its shape within minutes.

I bought the 8-inch twin mattress for my young boys, and I'm very happy with it. It's the perfect size for their twin beds. The mattress is soft, comfortable, and gives them a great night's sleep. It expanded well after opening and feels like good quality for the price. If you're looking for a comfy mattress for kids, I definitely recommend this one!

It's not bad! I went with this over the green tea model because it seemed to be described by the company as a softer/less firm option. I guess I thought other people were just too fussy as I am normally not a super fussy sleeper but it was VERY firm. It was difficult to sleep in my ideal positions at first (stomach or side). I went with this mattress because my last mattress was from the same company and was fine - I think that mattress had springs though and you definitely feel a difference. Notable for me: on my last mattress I only used one very thin memory pillow. When I switched to this I needed another pillow for the same feeling... I guess the rest of my body was not dipping down at all? I started getting used to it though and it wasn't so bad. I would definitely order at least a basic mattress topper at the same time unless you really love super firm. I got a cheaper one and it definitely helped and now it's fine. Everything else seemed fine.

I don’t write product reviews but I feel this one is important. I recently purchased this mattress after a lot of research. I couldn’t afford a store quality one. I suffer from Lupus and have a lot of general all over body pain. I was very nervous about this being uncomfortable. Let me tell you, I’ve been sleeping on it for over a month and it’s amazing. I’m not sure if it’ll last super long but for the price it’s well worth it. I spent 5000$ on a mattress that lasted 5 years and my last one with my ex was a “purple” mattress from Sleep Country and my back and hips were ALWAYS killing me. 10/10. Buy the mattress. Let it fluff and air out for about a week though!

OK, I was looking for the most thrifty queen mattress when I came across this. We have purchased different brands so far in the last 14 years, all way more pricey and so, we were definitely skeptical at first. My husband finally convinced me to order it and hope for the best. We are 100% happy with the product 1-day delivery, its quality for the price and the great level of comfort and support overnight. I highly recommend it and truly think we couldn't get anything better anywhere with this price.

I’m so impressed with this mattress!! I’ve had very expensive mattress before that didn’t last very long, after a few months it would sink in but this one is amazing, it feels firm and comfortable at the same time, I don’t understand it but I like it and the price is affordable … Thank you Zinus!

I think it's too thin for an adult, but it's great for a kid. It provides good support for my toddler.

This is unbelievably AWSOM! When I was waiting for it, I looked at some reviews and thought it was a mistake. Even was in doubt about opening the box, and I’m so glad that I did it. This mattress is amazing. I was looking for a one that doesn’t feel robbery for my back and since this one is medium, I thought I made the wrong choice.. And now the first morning, I woke up on this…. the best one I ever had!! It is very stable. It feels firm, but the firmness is pleasant and exactly as you want a firm mattress to be. also great quality and does not feel cheap at all. You touch the edges of the mattress and immediately understand you have gotten a high-quality one. I’m not used to writing reviews but for this awesome product, I couldn’t not do it.
