Hands down, makes the best cup of tea! Very fine mesh keeps particles from ending up in your cup. I previously used a plunge style coffee press for making tea, but this is much, much better. As the other review mentioned, the only very slight inconvenience is that it is a bit more difficult to use with cups that are non-standard in size. But, it works perfectly with 99% of the cups I use for tea.A great product!

Soooo ingenious. Soooo easy to clean. Drips a little, but then who doesn't? I travel and sail and I haven't found anything nearly as convenient and slick and functional as this little thing. I tossed my lid in the ocean with my used grounds though :(

The greatest thing yet!! We use to make a whole pot of coffee and wast half of it . Now we just boil water , put a scoop of coffee in and pour in the water , steep for 6 min. and your good to go. Make to the strength you like, nothing could be better. LOVE IT!!

I have owned this for over a year now and absolutely love the coffee it makes. The unit comes with a measuring spoon so that you use the right amount each time. The coffee brews for 5 minutes and has never disappointed. It makes a great bold cup that beats the flavor that comes from a drip maker hands down. Additionally, it does not fill your home with the scent of coffee like a drip maker does, which is good if you have people in your home sensitive to smells.Finally, if your home has multiple coffee drinkers, I'd recommend you buy more than one. My second one is on its way right now.

This little unit is great. I cannot vouch for its coffee-making abilities, but it is excellent for making a cup of tea. The mesh filter is finer than the mesh used in most tea infuser balls, so that cup of African rooibos won't have bits of leaf floating around in it. It also brews a more flavorful cup of tea because the tea is free to float around in the liquid, unlike tea made with an infuser ball. It holds enough liquid to make one large mug of coffee or tea. It's quite durable too, as long as you don't use it as a football. The unit also fully disassembles for cleaning (hint: to remove the filter, just push the post on the middle of the filter assembly to the side, just make sure you don't lose the ball bearing - it's the part that stops the flow of liquid when you lift the unit off your mug.)The only caveat is that if your favorite mug has a diameter greater than the average coffee mug, you'll have to dispense the liquid a little differently. Just rest one of the plastic tabs on the bottom of the unit against the outside of your mug's rim, and dispense the liquid.Highly recommended.

i love tea. i love loose leaves and like to mix and match. this one is perfect for lazy tea fans like me. i use it with herbs and spices too. looks just like the day I bought it. easy to clean and maintain. I even took out the strainer a few times and it was easy to re-assemble again

I keep trying to find a single cup brewer for loose leaves. This one is cute and easy to use, but I still have to clean it or rinse it and it does demand space in the cupboard. I end up going back to my crumpled up old mesh strainer more often than not, with results that are just fine for my un-refined taste buds.
