Adding a saffron supplement was suggested by my doctor (which I am not) and I did a lot of research into which kind to get. I tried multiple other brands and found either they didn’t do anything or they had ingredients that could interact with medications or other supplements. This one doesn’t have anything like that. It’s tasteless, has made a marked difference in my mood, my focus, and overall health. The ingredients are simple and easy to see that it doesn’t include anything concerning. Always read the label before purchasing any supplements! I’ve had this on subscription for months now and will continue to as long as they make it. 10 out of 10 stars! Also, I’m a real person and unaffiliated consumer. I purchased this myself (no freebies) and will continue to. I genuinely believe this supplement helps.

This supplement has more than a handful of benefits. Do the research for yourself, regarding benefits of taking saffron. You'll be impressed. I've been taking this supplement for approximately 6 months. It may help with the following: as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, mood, PMS, weight management, to name just a few. Being post menopausal, and i have not had any negative side affects. I have lost about 20ish lbs, and have kept the weight off. Also I take thyroid meds that can/have made me, lets just say, moody. I believe, personally, saffron has helped.

Capsule is smooth, on thinner side, and goes does easy. I have noticed since starting this saffron an increased mood, decrease is appetite/sugar cravings, easier to & better sleep. I was taking an extract before this and it was too potent giving me headaches. I tried nonliposomal saffron and it was fine, but felt like I should have been getting better absorption; switching to the this higher bioavailability really helped. I would highly recommend if you want to try it and are not sure which product may be for you .

Good Product.

This is a great supplement, and easy to use. I use it with Berberine first thing in the morning, and I have enjoyed more energy, and helps me stay focused and on track. No taste or smell to interfere with taking this supplement.

Fair but not as stated

I’ve been taking these Liposomal Saffron capsules consistently for 7 months and I would have to say that I don’t want to be without them! I took a few days off of them and felt like depression was creeping back. I didn’t even buy them for depression reasons. Originally, I was looking for eye health benefits and I do believe it has been a wonderful addition to my vision supplements stack! My vision is a bit clearer and I’m so grateful! I’m also on a weight loss journey and believe these pills are helping to contribute to sustainable weight loss. Great purchase!

I am rating this a 5 star because it does work, BUT IT CAUSES ME THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT RESEARCH SAYS IT IS INTENDED TO DO FOR MOST. I purchased for the known benefits of saffron like giving you energy, happy feeling, hunger suppressant. Unfortunately, I get very depressed when I take this. I cry, have dark suic**** thoughts and it is uncontrollable sadness. Im not like that so I snap out of it and start to research! I took another very popular brand’s “happy gummies” some time ago and they also made me feel the same exact way. Saffron was also a key ingredient in this other brand’s happy gummies. I’m so grateful I found the correlation so that I can immediately stop taking them. The thoughts and behavior are very unlike me and Google university did confirm that saffron could trigger these mental states of mind if you suffer from potential anxiety. Bottom line is; anything natural is a hit or miss. Just be aware!
