Used it for a 12 amp charger and it melted. It's marked 10A on the adapter not 15A

This adapter I applied to a 220 volt Korean appliance plug. Then connected to a north’s American 240 volt outlet connected to a dual phase power merger via a dryer outlet. The set up involves taking a 220/240 volt dryer outlet, 30 amp, split the dual voltage to 120 volt 15 amp at 2 lines, then merge them to create 220/240 volt at 15/20 amp. This adapter was necessary for the appliance power chord and also the input to the power outlet 220 v @ 15/20 amp

Did the job till it melted. Btw, it;s only one, not two.

I need a NEMA 6-15P adapter to replace my old Ac. Thus, I give this a try. I have to say, it is overpriced and it barely works since it would get hot. I guess it is not able to feed my new AC well. NOT for Heavy Duty.

I wanted to use a British kettle in the US without having to cut off the end and rewire it. This adapter does the trick so that I can use British appliances in my kitchen. The markings on the back indicate that it's rated for 15A at 250V, so it's perfectly good for what I need.

It does the job it is suppose to do. No more no less. What more can u ask for.

I used this for a window air conditioner and it work as expected.
