I love the taste. It’s not too sweet, and just the right amount of tart. Great for post workouts and anytime you need electrolytes or rehydrating. I can’t wait to try the other flavors!

I am such a big fan of this stuff, I would be happy to get it in a Christmas stocking as part of a gift! That is how tasty this is. If you are like me, you have tried a ton of different electrolytes and are no stranger to magnesium. Though this is a pricier option on the market, it is in line with and below the asking price of many other brand name competitors, meets the needs of the hydration tool it promises, and does so deliciously. I think this is pretty good, it suggests a scoop of powder with 6 to 8 ozs of water but I personally have been using half a scoop in a 16oz bottle and it taste fine. It has a much more acceptable level of sodium than some of the brands out there, it's about twice as much as Gatorade so if you already think that's salty this probably isn't it for you, but like I said I've been using half a scoop with about twice the recommended water and it brings it to around the same level. The flavor (tropical lime) isn't too overwhelming and has a nice crispness to it. It dissolves easily and doesn't leave behind those little powdery chunks that refuse to break up like some other brands. Overall I think this ones pretty good quality for daily drinking or when doing physical activity.

This is a really nice drink mix. I like the taste a lot. It's very refreshing and not too sweet. It's perfect before and after a workout or just for a hot day to replenish electrolytes.It comes in a small twist on container. There is a scoop inside. You mix it with 6 to 8 ounces of water. It's super easy.There are 30 servings in the container. Considering each serving is 75 cents I think the price is reasonable.I'd definitely recommend it.

This Podium Salt + Electrolytes Powder is tasty! The tropical lime flavor tastes exactly as described - like lime mixed with a tropical lemonade. It's tart and somewhat sweet, but at the same time, I also taste a hint of salt. It tastes much better than most electrolyte drinks I have tried, with no weird aftertaste. It comes with a tiny scoop. The directions say to mix one scoop with 6-8 oz of water. The flavor is super strong when mixed with that amount of water. I prefer to mix one scoop with 12-16 oz of water instead.This product works well for my workout needs, and I'll consider trying more flavors from the brand when I run out of this one. The tub contains 30 servings, so I think it's a fair value.

I am very happy with this electrolyte powder drink! It compares well to the LMNT brand in terms of taste and it has about the same composition of ingredients as LMNT, as well. Upon first glance, it will seem like it is a bargain compared to LMNT, but it actually comes fairly close in terms of price. LMNT's packets are made for 14-16oz of liquid, while Podium's version is one scoop for 8oz of liquid, so even though the jar says 30 servings, if you are taking it with your usual 16oz of water, you're using two scoops, so it's really 15 servings. Again, there's not a negative to that...just be aware of the math and how it compares to your "normal."The taste is very good, and I can taste the saltiness, which I personally prefer a lot. I realize a lot of people prefer not to taste the salt, but I like it, and I can taste it here. I'm usually not a huge fan of the tropical flavors, but this isn't overly mango-y. The lime aspect helps, as well. Even though I don't typically order the tropical flavors, I liked this one.I don't really have any complaints. I like this drink very much!
