We’ve tried everything to help my husband breathe at night — strips, sprays, gadgets that look like they came from a late-night infomercial. So when he saw these little magnetic U-shaped things, he was skeptical (and so was I). Plus, they weren’t exactly cheap. But curiosity (and desperation) won. You stick the little pads on either side of your nose, and then boom — the U-shaped magnet pulls your nostrils apart like it's opening the gates of nasal heaven. It’s like giving your nose a gentle hug that says, “Hey buddy, let’s breathe right tonight.” We started with the smaller size, but once we upgraded to the bigger one and added the name-brand nose pads, it was next-level. Like switching from dial-up to high-speed WiFi — but for your face. Bonus Tip: We use the Intake brand nose pads like he’s assembling a high-performance breathing system. He’s sleeping better. I’m sleeping better. And I no longer wake up to the sound of a congested wildebeest. Final Verdict: Pricey? A little. Worth it? Every cent. 10/10 recommend for anyone whose nose gives up the second they lie down, and our marriage is now 63% quieter.

Love these, even though I feel bad about the waste, they really do make a huge different. I wish there was a way to recycle to the little magnets. But they work SO much better than breathe right strips. I have terrible sinuses (my sinuses and nasal passages are about 80%blocked) , and these have seriously reduced my snoring, improved my sleep, and slowed sinus issues. Like now my nose actually runs in the morning! My whole life, I never get a runny nose, so all that mucus gets trapped causing pain, pressure, and infections. So for me a bit of a runny nose in the morning is a good thing! Also reduced swelling in my eyes.

Awful. The magnets have fallen out of three of my nose strips. Really awesome with a toddler running around picking up magnets. Super duper safe. Thanks, guys. Truly. Amazing product. Absolute joke.

Finding the right spot on your nose can take some time, so expect a learning curve. It took about a week to get a feel for the right spot, but about a month of daily use to get consistent results. I usually ignore 4 star products on Amazon, so I'm glad I took a chance on this (money back guarantee so risk is negligible). Keep in mind the company claims 92%, not 100% effective so not everyone will be happy—but for those who this does work for, you will be amazed how you lived without it. Adhesive quality is top notch for the industry. Although if you push passed 24 hours on the same strips it gets a bit sloppy / untidy especially if you sweat a lot at any point in the day or get it wet. Quality of the plastic itself is solid. I don't expect it to break very easily. For the clear bands, note that the magnets are chrome not flat white. A note for stomach sleepers* You may have difficulty getting it to stay on, but I suggest finding the right pillow to get yourself to be a side or back sleeper.

The product itself is maid well. But it was hard to understand the measurements chart and almost got the wrong size. It does help with breathing better at night my air passages where open. Unfortunately I move around when I sleep so it keeps falling off.

I have to say these tabs were much better than normal nasal strips. Fit is good. They also are a lot better for sensitive skin. I don’t have any problems removing them or putting them on. The only major problem is the cost of the tabs. There has to be more generic options available on Amazon for these!

Okay, so everyone is going to roll their eyes and say I was paid for this, but I wasn’t. In fact I messed up the size for the nose clip the first time and had to turn around and order a whole new pack, Here we go, I have severe apnea, like gasping for air all the time it freaks my fiancee out, she listens and it sounds like I’m just not getting enough air. Did a cpap, still have it sitting next to bed, but I keep ripping the face piece off in the middle of the night…. Resigned to being a bad sleeper forever, and then I met intake. I honestly can’t even remember how I found it, but honestly I took a shot - and I am so happy I did. Bottom line : it pulls your nostrils out and the nasal passages open up, and you breathe so well through your nose, I got a headache first time I did it cause I was getting so much air. Now it does nothing for snoring my fiancee says, in fact she says I was louder, but she said I didn’t gasp for air once and I was taking these huge breathes through my nose the entire time. Here’s where this matters taking air up your nostrils has a calming effect on your fight or flight response, and I’ve struggled w anxiety especially at night, and I swear swear swear this has helped me with the anxiety soooo much!

Seriously life changing BUT you need to get the perfect fit with the perfect placement……. Practice makes perfect don’t give up!!! I’ve tried EVERYTHING and this is by far the best to help with breathing!

Works great almost too great! I have a collapsed sinus and it makes breathing so easy its almost scary!

This is really good for assisting to expand airflow through your nose. I highly recommend it.

Fits well and stays firm. I’m a side sleeper so never had issues.

Very expensive for what it is. It doesn't even come with the magnetic stickers, they're sold separately. Brutal.
