Worst product go with other brands
The product is pathetic and the taste output is very bad. Installation is worst as the guy is installing it first time and get the installation done via getting help via phone also he charged 200rs for 20rs plastic reducer . No bill for it and I am surprised that eureka is not giving it with diverter. Or may be installation guy scammed me. The service part for taste quality they are not coming at the time of appointment and yet to come for my service complaint for taste quality is very bad..go with other brands like kent brand which I doesn’t listened to my friends advice..

Pathetic product with zero service! DON’T BUY!
Pathetic experience, have been trying to resolve an issue related to awful taste, water smells like gutter! The 1st technician: Will have to drain the tank once, tds ok. Now, all good. But within an hour, same issue! 2nd technician: dodged my service request for 2 days between 2 other technicians and after writing an email, the visit gets aligned after 3 days. The technician says, I only come when the complaint has been escalated to L3, opens the machine and confirms it was incorrectly installed - the copper filler inlet and outlet was swapped. Don’t expect this from Aquaguard specially when their service network is strongest and oldest. Finally, taste was right and I thought it’s fixed but yet again, within an hour, back to square one. Called this technician and he confirmed, this will be taken care of by aligning a senior visit who will eventually replace the machine. Nothing happened for two days, gave another reminder call but nothing for another two days. Then I had again had to resort to raising a formal complaint on the app and writing a stinker to the email response I had received, yet again nothing! I’m now helpless and don’t know what to do and where to go! DON’T EVER BUY AQUAGUARD BRAND, PRODUCT AND AFTER SALE SERVICES ARE HORRENDOUS!
