These cake boards are great to have when I am icing and decorating small cakes. The cardboard cake boards are sturdy and provide a small flat surface for holding cake layers during the icing process. The coating on the "boards" prevent absorption and easily wipe clean. These are exactly what I was expecting when I ordered them.
