The media could not be loaded. Comfortable, very cold! The extreme cold last about 10-15 minutes but that is fine bc that’s what I need. It is ice cold and feels amazing. It is made well and has a strap to make it fit you better (above your ankle. I have plantar fasciitis and this helps me tremendously at night in order to get through the next day. I can see why so many have bought the back, neck, headache, elbow wraps as well. I bought my mom one for her knee and she agrees with me. Worth every penny

I am recovering from a broken ankle and a stress fracture of the heel. This sleeve works well for the ankle but not well for the back of heel. There is a gap on the front and back that has no gel, so no cooling or cushioning.The fit was okay.

I had bunion surgery and was required to ice and elevate my foot often and this pack was so easy to pull over my ankle and sit. It really helped keep the pain away and such a great price. Definitely purely a must to have around for sports injuries as well - so many uses and such a great cure.

The comfort and ease of use with the ankle sleeve is amazing. Why, then, did I come this close to returning it? Because it didn't stay cold enough and I couldn't get enough compression. My solution: have two sleeves, one inside the other. Bingo. Even with two, they are easy to slide onto my foot. Stays cold long enough and gives me just enough compression. A broken ankle two years ago left me with a permanent need for icing my ankle at least twice a day. All that time I've been using the blue ice pack wraps, the kind with long Velcro straps and a different kind of gel. Those wraps are far less comfortable than the sleeve and strapping yourself in is a workout in itself. Also with frequent use the seams eventually fail and gel leaks out. I've replaced the blue strappy ones several times in two years. With the sleeves I am way more comfortable and am hoping they are more long lasting. For me one sleeve did not work but two sleeves do the trick.
