This was a pleasing product to use first time. The way you immerse it in water is great and then just pop it in the freezer. It's great to have on hand to ease pain and can be used hot or cold according to your needs. It's a great thing just to keep on hand, just in case of injury or pain.I'd really recommend this product.

This has certainly helped with my recent back strain. I had suffered with a build up of pain, resulting in one side of my back becoming stiff and in spasm. Using a mixture of cold, heat and exercise this has now eased. This is a handy sized product (compact) that is easy to deploy once you have 'charged' it with hot or cold, and is easy to fit in place on your own. Just be sure to cover with a towel or similar when using the cold to avoid burns.

A bit disappointing to be honestA fair bit of prep needed especially for cold use. Included instructions aren't of great quality and included images font match size or features of the product.Ordered mainly for cold treatment use and as title suggests its OK at best, over priced in my opinion, think I'll stick to single use or home made options

I must say I was a bit surprised with this product. Majority of this kind of wraps are filled with some kind of a gel. Not this one and it is a bit intimidating at the beginning. One important information from me, though. I have knee injury requiring cold compressess and use it this way for this part of my body only, but the way this knee pack wrap is made, it can actually be used for other parts as well, and that's great.First, you need to submerge the product in water, so the granules inside it get swollen with liquid. Then you either put it into microvawe or fridge. The wrap is quite big, and both muscles above and below my knee require cold compresses. That is great for me, because I can finally use one product instead of separate 2. Having said that the cold also covers the knee itself, there is no way to "skip" this part of the body. And not every condition allows or benefits from it. Similar with warm compresses, they can be good for the joints, but not necessarily for your muscles. That's why it's important to make sure that this product is for you. It is for me though and additional benefit is that, being so big, it also prevents my knee from bending unnecessarily. Again, it is not for everyone needs.I love it.

When I first unpacked this I must admit I was somewhat underwhelmed. The belt was very flat and I couldn’t believe the cells would swell up so much in water. Nevertheless, I soaked it in the sink and amazingly the cells expanded and looked much more like the gel-filled ones I am used to. It then gets dried and you put it in the freezer for 4-6 hours. You then have a cold pack belt that can cover the entirety of your lower back.It just fits me, a a rather chunky guy but anyone with a larger waist than 38-40 would struggle to fasten it around the front - but with that caveat aside, its a good product.Heat and Ice alternatively is great for back injuries in the first few days.

Brilliant therapy pack that is super flexible and malleable and can be worn really easily around the neck and can also be wrapped around other parts such as the stomach or knee if needed. Works equally well for hot or cold pain relief, so it can be placed in the fridge for dealing with things like hot spots and also warmed up easily to deal with things like muscle tension and pain related to it. Really nice quality and has been really well made and finished. Everything feels really good and looks great too. Very easy to use and has proven to be durable so far. Very impressed with this for the price point.
