I'm a 19 years old male at roughly 6’1 who took this product for roughly 6 months in an attempt to grow taller and it worked.Back during the summer of 2022 when I started taking it I was 5’11 (5’11 1/2ft with shoes on). This item is great, mi son did show a significant improvement since he start using it, the only reason iam not giving the 5 stars is that when delivery leave the item they don't even hit the doorbell, I look for an option to add that as an instruction or complain about this particular matter and there is not a sigle place to do it, you have predetermine options to chose and "hit the doorbell is not one, so I notice my package as soon as I get the email and that could take time after I recieve the Item, my neighbordhood is not the most decent and I live right at the corner where there is a lots traffic and movement, si they can easily steal it, so PLEASE just hit the door bell so I can see in my front door camera that I got my item, Thanks...

I dont know if its placebo effect or what but i bought these for a young man who wants to play basketball. I told him give it 6 months but looks like i could have gone much lower. Wow. Maybe it's because he doesn't eat as healthy as he should and these provide the nutrition he's been missing.

The pills are so big. My kids are not able to swallow.

This is a great product with a very reasonable price compared to the competitors. The pills are easy to swallow and do not have an aftertaste.
