Vevor is sending me new steps so I am reupdating to 5 stars as they were very helpful and helped me to resolve the issue.Edit changed to one starWell they started binding after some use due to the damage. Amazon left me out in the cold even after I asked them if it would be covered down the road if there were issues when I first received them. So lesson here is if they have damage send them back do not entertain fixing them. Amazon and manufacturer got me good on this one.Seems to be good value, my old step covers fit so that was nice. Only three star as it did arrive damaged and I had to straighten it to make it work. Amazon did give me a discount for the damaged which did cover my time to repair it. I put this on my 2024 scamp 19 trailer, for my application install was involved as the original steps were welded on so I had to cut them off and weld on studs so the new steps would bolt on. Wiring was easy enough, I did add a switch to allow easy power control so when at campsite I can keep the step out. I would buy again for the savings and convenience.

Installed a week after eligible return time. Unit does not work. No way to contact company.

Bolted right up, work well.

Very well built and easy to install with only four bolts. My RV is a Black Series HQ19 and electrical connections were compatible so just plug-in ready. Definitely an upgrade from OEM.
