This lock is very nice. A minimum feature lock with good safety feature. The service was also good for installing the lock. Initial setup was also done by the technician and they taught very well. I did this for my office door and it’s helping my employees to use their finger print to enter the building. Recommended one. Value for money. Fingerprint recognition is good. Only that the sound is very low. We can’t hear the sounds when the outside sound is more.

1. The installation experience was highly unprofessional. The technician arrived a week late despite multiple follow-ups and did a poor job with the installation. 2. Within a couple of months, the lock started malfunctioning. It often failed to unlock despite entering the correct code, accompanied by continuous beeping. 3. During one incident, we were locked out while on a walk without the key. The lock refused to open, even after multiple attempts with the correct code, leaving us stranded. 4. Customer service was equally disappointing. Despite promising a technician within an hour, no one showed up, leaving us locked out for 4 hours at night. The lock eventually worked on its own. The technician finally called the next morning, demanding ₹700 for an "emergency" visit. I do not recommend Godrej locks. Consider alternatives like Qubo or Atomberg for better reliability and service.
